Sangeeta Karia : Tarot Card Reading is Science as w ell as Art

I have seen Sangeeta Karia with many different kind of hats. The beauty is whatever she does, it is with hard labor, devotion and due diligence. She has worked as freelance writer and journalists since long and wrote for many prominent news papers and magazines. Her write ups were appreciated by readers as well as envoy  her own writer community.

She travelled to USA and worked in New York's Manhattan area for many years. It was during her stay in NY that she fell in love with Tarot as a science. She learnt through Gurus, attended Tarot Workshops, started practicing  meditation, which is one of the key to be a successful tarot readers. And finally started predictions based on tarot reading.

She narrates me few instances, when people could not believe her predictions but came back to her quickly after seeing her predictions turned out to be correct.

Life  was always been challenging for her be it occupation, finances or personal life. She has seen agony of her father as he had suffered due to cancer. Sangeeta did not marry because she had a fear that after her marriage she may not be able to look after her father.

When asked what Tarot is all about. She says it is a form of fortune telling or predicting events, that has been used for many centuries to provide guidance and help people  understanding the emotional issues influencing one's life. It can be used to bring inside and understanding to personal and professional situations. The cards tells her a lot about her subject, she truly try to share that but if it is about bad health, death or accident she tells in positive way that includes how to get thoroughly examined by doctor, avoid road journey etc etc.

She says if you trace history of Tarot, you may find in India, the Ganjifa cards are the pre runners of Tarot. In Europe it seems to be 14th century - to the days of Marco Polo. The original teachings of the
Tarot are believed to be based on 22 pewter plates, which made up the Major Arcana. A reading of these was used to decide when to plant a crop, or to make decisions for a nation such as to go for a war ! many years later the Minor Arcana cards were added to the Tarot. The Minor Arcana consists of 56 cards, which are the basis of playing deck we use today for card games. It is also believed that it was Roman Gypsies who introduced Tart to western world. Gypsies have their roots in Thar Desserts in India.

How she reads the cards ? She says, she clears her mind from all thoughts before her reading session. Then, voila, something flow from inside freely !

This is Sangeeta Karia helping distressed people to live life in a more positive way. She can be reached : +91-9029410091 sangeeta.karia@gmail.com
