what to do with left over gingerbread

Apparently it tastes pretty good on weetbix!

Today we made it to see the big guy today at Smith and Caughey's.

These are the boys ornaments this year.  They get to choose one each.
We got them from a craft market which restricted their choices a bit (made deciding much quicker too).
