In summer we made a pit stop at the Hamilton Gardens on the way back from Raglan.
It is an amazing place and we only wished that we'd had more time!
They have all these gorgeous themed gardens, English cottage (thought of you Mum), Italian, Japanese, Indian, American (post modern)...
It's not just gardens though, they've built bridges, gates and wee buildings to fit with their themes.
It was like having a wee world trip on the way home from holiday!
