saturday sport - rugby

Anyone else excited about the All Blacks playing Australia tonight?  Well there are some keen people in our house getting up at 630 tomorrow to watch the recorded game.  Here's our big 10 year old rugby player in his mouth guard and headgear glory this morning.

Turns out that it wasn't their final game of the season, there are two more to go.  They were playing on artificial turf today so no mud for a change,  We usually go in our gumboots and all of the players get super grubby.  NanaD and Poppa are in town and so could come along which was lovely.

 It was a good day... the team won 13 to 9.
